Important Information

  • Children from 0 to 5 years old stay for free.
  • Children from 6 to 12 years old staying with two adults pay 20% of the room rate.
  • Forest View and River View Bungalows are equipped with fans. The other bungalows have also air conditioning.
  • The bathrooms offer solar-heated water.
  • Guests are allowed to bring 10 kg (22 lbs) of luggage per person. Luggage exceeding this amount can be stored in Juma Opera Hotel in Manaus for no additional charge.
  • Juma is located in a black water region, so there are almost no mosquitoes there.

Rates includes

  • Full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
  • Tours (as scheduled).
  • Bilingual guides speaking Portuguese and/or English.
  • Round trip transfers from Manaus (MAO Int’l Airport and/or city hotel) to Juma Amazon Lodge and back.
  • Regularly scheduled departures to Juma from 6:30 to 7:30am (exact time based on hotel location). Complimentary late pick up at 1:00pm from Manaus Airport or Juma Opera Hotel. Passengers returning from Juma will arrive in Manaus at approximately 12:00pm.

Rates do not include

  • Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.
  • Additional charges (laundry, bar, shop, etc.).
  • Additional services and excursions (hydroplane tour, tree climbing, etc.).

We accept credit card. All packages are to be prepaid.

Specials

Non-English Speaking Guides

All of our guides speak both Portuguese and English, but we can provide guides fluent in other languages upon request.

Honeymoon

For those guests celebrating their honeymoon, we offer private breakfast inside the bungalow, fruit baskets, champagne and a private sunset tour accompanied by wine and cheese.

City Tour in Manaus

We offer several tours of Manaus, highlighting visits to the following attractions: Amazonas Opera House, Rio Negro Palace, City Palace, Market, Bosque da Ciência and CIGS Zoo.

Additional Tours

Some tours already included in packages can also be booked separately, such as overnight in the jungle, tree climbing and fishing.

Special Transfers

In cooperation with CTA Airlines, we offer you a transfer to the lodge by hydroplane, where you can appreciate the Amazon from a high point. The transfer, shorter than our regular transfer (boats and cars), takes approximately 30 minutes.

Accommodation in Manaus - Juma Opera

We have special conditions for those who want to stay with us in Manaus as well. The Juma Opera Hotel is a historic boutique hotel located right in front of the Amazonas Theater.
